I graduated from Mount Mary University in 2010 with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. I have professional experience working in a variety of healthcare settings, including home health, assisted living, pediatric school-based, subacute rehab and skilled nursing. I became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) in 2016, and have additional training in dementia care and continence improvement. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my husband, children and dog, knitting, baking and gardening.

I have had the opportunity to work in the following settings: Hospital- inpatient and outpatient, Sub acute Rehab, Skilled Nursing, Assisted and Independent Living and Home Care. I pride myself in delivering quality care to my clients with compassion, dignity and respect. I have a soft spot in my heart for the geriatric population. Stacey has over 17 years of experience evaluating and treating speech, language, swallowing and cognition. She is LSVT Certified - Lee Silverman Voice Treatment Certified Provider and a yoga Instructor RYT 200. “The most rewarding part of my work is talking with seniors and developing patient and family centered goals to create the best quality of life at any age”.
Kelly has over 6 years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist working in acute/subacute rehab, outpatient and Home Care services. She has been a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) since 2019. Speech Language Pathologist
Alyssa is a licensed and certified Speech Language Pathologist who earned her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Saint Ambrose University in 2017.
Alyssa has clinical experience with adult and geriatric populations and has worked individually and as part of an interdisciplinary team to prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-linguistic and swallowing disorders in a wide variety of settings including: skilled nursing, home health care, acute and private practice. She holds her certificate of clinical competence and is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association. Alyssa is a SPEAK OUT! Provider through the Parkinson Voice Project. I am a physical therapist with 10+ years experience working in many different settings. I graduated from University of St. Augustine with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2010. I have enjoyed a varied work history including short term rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedic, and home health. I have worked with patients from 10 years old to over 100 with a wide variety of conditions including vestibular disorders, neurologic disorders, brain injuries, psychiatric disorders, cardiac and pulmonary issues, orthopedic injuries, women's and men's health issues, and genetic conditions. I love learning something new from each patient I work with that I can take with me to improve care for my next patient. I am lucky I get to spend my career doing something I truly enjoy.

Elyse received her Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Marquette University in 2013. She enjoys meeting with a variety of patients and working with them to treat difficulties in the areas of swallowing, motor speech function, and cognition. In her free time, Elyse enjoys being outdoors and riding her bike as much as possible.
